Revision preparation for A-level and GCSE exams

How to achieve exam success with effective revision preparation

Revision preparation is key to exam success - and such preparation requires time. It is important for students to set aside a sensible amount of time for revision, both for A Levels and GCSEs.

For many, last minute cramming can be a certain route to failure. Far better to make plans for revision well before the exam season starts.

Justin Craig Education organise revision courses as early as the Christmas holiday period. It is a perfect opportunity for catching up on neglected school and college work and revising for January modules.

The winter holidays are also ideal for establishing foundations for the summer examination season. By taking a few days out, students can settle into an academic mindset and focus on the exam year ahead.

For many, mock exams also happen around winter time so attending revision courses in appropriate subjects can ensure the year gets off to a flying start revision-wise.

As January and February pass by, the next useful milestone during the academic year for considering revision preparation is Easter.

Justin Craig's Easter programme allows students to study up to six subjects at GCSE or three for AS and A2 level. After that, it is possible to attend two further revision courses in May to boost exam chances and stay focused on achieving better grades.
