I arranged three courses for my son, Maths, Chemistry and Biology. My Justin Craig experience was positive from initial contact onwards with excellent communication throughout. My son was very positive about each of the courses, he seemed to gain a lot from them and his attendance certainly provided higher quality revision than he would have had studying alone.

We found the office staff very helpful and responsive. I would have no problem recommending JC. Our granddaughter benefitted from the courses and improved one subject beyond expectation.

My daughter has attended several Justin Craig courses which have all been excellent. Friendly and faultless customer service too.

Yes I would recommend the course to others. My son was happy with the tuition and he understood what was being explained which is unlike what is happening at his school.

Great accommodation, great food, lovely staff on site and an excellent tutor who taught him in a way that he really connected with. This was money well spent and he has already asked to do another course at Christmas. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Once again a brilliant experience. Booking the course is easy, plenty of subjects to choose from. The booking team are friendly and efficient. The locations are easy to get to and a great choice to study at. My son enjoyed his four days of tutoring and said that it really helped him with his work and has given him confidence going forward.

Definitely recommend Justin Craig to others. When I mentioned to my son that I’d enrolled him for a revision course he turned up his noise and complained bitterly but that stopped once he started. He found it extremely helpful, the classes were well planned, tutors on top of their game. As a parent dealing with the reps, customer service has been excellent. Informative and speedy responses to all my enquires. Keep it up, a real thumbs up all round.

I have always found the staff to be exceptionally helpful when I telephone *** with queries or issues, they always go the extra mile to help and do it so nicely. I have been delighted with the majority of courses and have thought the teaching was excellent, with experienced and expert teaching staff. My only concern is I have sometimes been given the impression a few of the teachers don’t read the list of course requirements uploaded by the pupils and I am often worried the course will not be customised for my child and they might end up doing topics which are not relevant to their exams.
